New Monaco will be developed as a great destination community. With the Okanagan having already established itself as a major tourist destination, we expect New Monaco to attract not only international travellers, but local and regional visitors as well.

HOTEL

 We expect to work with a top hotelier that has a great reputation for providing high quality service that will be depended on by our institutional and corporate partners. New Monaco is designed to be a prime destination for corporate conferences, major celebrations and academic events.

New Monaco will work with our hotel operator and selected local tour and recreation business owners to provide a wide range of amenities, activities and festivities to residents and guests alike with consistent five-star services. They will include:

• Golf - Over 50 golf courses in the region (many of which are considered world class)

• Ski - Big White, Apex, Silver Star, Sun Peaks, and more

• Water sports - From sailing, jet boating, water skiing, wakeboarding, parasailing, kayaking, rowing and more

AQUATIC CENTRE

​This two acre leisure centre with two geo-thermal heated pools and a swim up bar at the adult pool will be open almost year round and will provide a resort lifestyle for hotel guests, spa guests and locals in our community. The Club will have all-inclusive programs that will provide indoor & outdoor ceremonies, executive retreats, health and wellness programs, fine dining and other exclusive services.
